From 800 meters of our Apartment House there is the entrance of Spa Lake of Hévíz. This lake is the biggest biologically active, volcanic origin, turf bottom lake in the world which refreshes the soul and body, too. The lake’s temperature varies between 22 C and 35-38 C according to the season, which enables winter bathing.
Keszthely - which is the biggest lakeside town of the Lake Balaton – is 7 km-s from the Apartment House. It is easy to approach it by car, by bicycle or on foot. Between Hévíz and Keszthely there is a safety bike and walk path. A holiday in Hévíz can be completed by a sightseeing in Keszthely, or shipping in the Lake Balaton or a bath in the Lake Balaton.

In the center of Héviz, close to the Spa Lake of Hévíz, the Ács Family Apartment House offers a high-quality accommodation in a calm, and quiet environment. We have one apartment with one double room, one apartment with two double rooms, and one double room. Our high-quality and comfortable room and apartments have bathrooms with shower and toilet, fridge, central heating, modern furniture, and all apartments have a well-equipped kitchen. Some rooms have balcony, too. Every guest can park in the Apartment House's yard. In our Apartment House unlimited Wi-Fi Internet is available for the guests.
The Lake of Hévíz temperature in summer is 35-38 C, and in winter is approximately 24 C (it depends on the weather). The Spa Lake of Hévíz has indoor bath which temperature is always about 28-32 C. In Hévíz there are lot of programs all the year round, so throughout the year the visitors can find relaxation, recreation and entertainment programs here.
Big garden belongs to the Apartment House with deck chairs, outdoor furnitures, and barbecue. We have a lot of different program offers, and excursion tip offers for our guests.
We are member of the Hévíz Landlording Association. Our Association offers several services with reduced rate for our guests in Hévíz and the surrounding settlements (it can save you 10% in average). Preferential service contains high-quality restaurants, wine-bars, beauty shops, entrance ticket to the thermal bath, therapeutic treatments, etc. Our discount coupons give you 300 HUF preference per person.
